
Wilma Lee Rowe, 76, passed peacefully on December 7, 2016. Wilma was born August 8, 1940 in Wayne County, Indiana to Paul and Beulah Worl. She was the youngest of three girls. She loved children, and was a foster mom for 17 babies. She cared for them from birth to adoption.
She retired from Walker Research in 2000, having served as the manager of the Data Entry Department.
Wilma is survived by her husband of 59 years, Phillip; her three children, Terry Lee (Danny) Bradley, Donald (Cathy) Rowe, and Bradley (Cindy) Rowe; six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Her life will be held Indiana Funeral Care, Harry W Moore Chapel on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 calling from 4:30 to 6:30 pm with the service immediately following. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Wilma’s name to Riley Children’s Foundation or Alzheimer’s Association would be welcome.
There will be a celebration of life in Hagerstown, IN after the first of the year. As well as a private burial. Friends may leave online condolences at www.indianafuneralcare.com.
